The forecast is calling for 90 degrees this weekend, which is appropriate for Memorial Day. Summer is here, folks, and that is a heady thing for music fans: BBQs with boomboxes, block parties, the touring high season and, naturally, festivals.
We are working on a guide for you of this season's music fest offerings, and we're looking for help: We need your best festival story and/or some tips on things you wish you'd known the first time.
For your troubles, we will select the best submission and that person will receive a schwag bag courtesy of LouFest (our very own big-ticket summer music festival) and the RFT.
How this will work: Email your stories and tips to firstname.lastname@example.org, along with your name. We will publish the highlights in conjunction with our festival guide -- if you would like to remain anonymous, please indicate that in the email. Important: Submissions are due by next Tuesday, May 31.
