Arcade Fire plays its first headlining show in St. Louis this Thursday at the Scottrade Center. The National will open -- both bands are renowned for their live shows. Arcade Fire, in particular, has always seemed too big for whatever venue it's playing, so it will be interesting to see how the whole thing translates to an actual arena.

We interviewed Arcade Fire bassist Tim Kingsbury in advance of this week's show, and he had a couple interesting things to say about success, fame and his new Grammy (which he hasn't actually received yet).
