Although this time of year is usually slow for concerts, early 2011 is finally starting to pick up steam, starting with the Rick Ross headlining gig at the Chaifetz Arena on Monday, January 17. Dubbed the "Saint Louis: State of Emergency" concert, the lineup also includes Waka Flocka, Lloyd and Trina. Ross is one of the most popular rap artists today, on the strength of this year's Teflon Don album and singles such as "Aston Martin Music" and "Hustlin'." Tickets are on sale tomorrow (December 4) at 10 a.m. via metrotix.com, the Chaifetz Arena's box office and by phone at 314-534-1111. Tickets range from $49 to $69.
