Jeff Tweedy wasn't the only one receiving an official proclamation this weekend: On Saturday at Vintage Vinyl, funk pioneer George Clinton was named an honorary citizen of the Delmar Loop. Unfortunately, Clinton's performance later that night as the headliner of the St. Louis Music Super Fest apparently wasn't as much of a success. Several accounts (including ours) report that the show was disorganized.
