Lady Gaga is Really into Crust Punk, DOOM and G.I.S.M.

In her latest music video for "Telephone," Lady Gaga is hanging out in women's prison, seemingly up to no good and, as we find out, waiting for a phone call from Beyonce.

What's received some attention from those who enjoy both Gaga's pop songs and bands like Discharge (we do exist, of course), is the leather jacket she's wearing in the video.

One explanation could be that before gaining notoriety as a music video director, the "Telephone" director, Jonas Åkerlund, played in Swedish heavy metal band Bathory in 1983 and 1984.

When the pay phone rings, Gaga walks over to it, revealing the logos on the back of her leather jacket: The UK's DOOM and Japan's legendary G.I.S.M.

You might have read that Lady Gaga is returning to St. Louis this summer, after her sell-out show here in January. Maybe she'll don the jacket then?

As a bonus, here's the original G.I.S.M. logo, as well as a Gaga rip-off we found online:
