Tomorrow! Teresajenee at the Jazz Spot

In this week's paper, I spoke with effervescent local singer/songwriter/R&B/soul/soft-rock etc. artist Teresajenee, who is just releasing her first album, The Ecklectic. (The many genre signifiers reflect how difficult it is to pigeonhole her!) She has a lot of things going on (more on that soon), but she's taking time out tomorrow night to celebrate her birthday at the Jazz Spot (400 Washington Avenue). The event is also functioning as an after-party for the Lupe Fiasco/Black Spade Live on the Levee show, so it's sure to be good times. Check out a new TJ song below!
