Things to Make and Do (and Know) in St. Louis: Daft Punk, Control, Show Changes



*Remember, Dan Deacon will not be playing the Billiken Club tonight, Thursday, October 11. However, Pattern is Movement and Vertibro -- along with a special guest! -- will be.

*The Tivoli Theatre will be premiering the Daft Punk film Electroma as its midnight show from October 19 through 21. Also, the Anton Corbijn-directed Joy Division film Control will be opening here sometime, according to the site. JOY! DARK BLISS!

*Other rock movies set to premiere around here: The Peter Bogdanovich-directed documentary Runnin’ Down a Dream: Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers will be screening on Monday, October 15 at the Chesterfield Galaxy 14 (450 THF Boulevard, Chesterfield) at 7 p.m.

*Hanson's cancelled show is now November 13.

*Twiztid also cancelled its show at Pop's, which was set for November 7. ICP fans are bummed.
