Separated at Birth: Of Montreal and the Moody Blues?

In light of Of Montreal's return to St. Louis in November at the Pageant, a friend pointed out to me that the band's song "Du Og Meg" bore a bizarre resemblance to the Moody Blues' "Your Wildest Dreams." I've been looking for an excuse to post the latter video for ages, so here's a comparison, via the YouTube. Do you hear it? I do -- sort of, especially in the verses. You can totally sing the "Once upon a time..." part of "Dreams" over the OM song.
