Mike Johnson, the fine-dining-chef-turned-barbecue-maven behind St. Louis' fastest-growing concept, Sugarfire Smoke House, is Food Network-bound.The St. Louis chef will be competing on Beat Bobby Flay! in an episode that airs at 9 p.m. CST on November 10. In the episode, titled "Country Boys in the Big City," Johnson will square off against Justin Gaines, who is known for his "Caribbean comfort food," to see who gets the chance to take on the eponymous Flay. If he wins in the first pairing, well, then it's really showtime!
