Urban Chestnut (4465 Manchester Avenue; 314-222-0143) is one of the fastest-growing microbreweries in town. It has opened two popular locations in just four years, is opening a brewery in Germany and recently expanded distribution to Chicago. Cofounder and brewer Florian Kuplent took some time to show us around the brewery and explain just how your favorite Urban Chestnut brew is made.
