At least one vacant Church's Chicken is getting a new tenant -- and no, it's not the one at Delmar and Skinker boulevards. The former Sekisui is currently in the process of relaunching and relocating to the empty fast-food building at 7260 Manchester Road in Maplewood.

As first reported by 40 South News, Sekisui has changed its name to Robata and will be a sushi, ramen and yakitori bar (it used to be Asian fusion). Maplewood Planning & Zoning approved the restaurant last week.

Sekisui did not respond to messages asking for comment, but owner Tom Chantharasy told 40 South that he hopes to be open by February, complete with a patio and drive-through window.
