You can find it outside traditional Japanese restaurants -- Chop Shop's Eliott Harris consulted on the raw offerings at our pick for 2013's best sushi, Central Table Food Hall. Central Table is nothing if not unorthodox, and Harris pushed the envelope with taking sushi mobile, too. But we want to hear from you: What are the undiscovered gems of St. Louis sushi?
