Call It a Gut Check-In: Riverfront Times Partners with Foursquare

You already turn to the Riverfront Times for the latest in food, music, arts and more in St. Louis, and our annual Best of St. Louis is your bible for where to eat and drink and see and be seen. So why not let us help launch your political career as mayor of your favorite burger joint or taqueria, too?

Today, Riverfront Times is announcing a new partnership with Foursquare. It includes the nifty Riverfront Times Best of St. Louis badge pictured to the right.

How do you, dear Foursquare user and RFT reader unlock this badge? What else will this partnership enable you to do?

- Unlocking the Riverfront Times Best of STL is as easy as checking in to any of our Best of St. Louis locations.

- Voice Places, our listing of restaurants, bars, clubs, event venues and more, will now include data from Foursquare: tips, what's trending, who's the mayor and more.

- On Foursquare, you'll be able to check in to events from Voice Places and find nearby events.

- While you're at it, be sure to follow the Riverfront Times on Foursquare.

The partnership extends beyond St. Louis to each of the papers in Voice Media Group, including our publications in New York (Village Voice), Los Angeles (LA Weekly), Dallas (Dallas Observer) and Denver (Westword).
