We told you last week about the latest (or one of the latest -- you never can be sure) additions to the St. Louis food-truck fleet: Andrew's Bayou Ribs.
Today we had a chance to speak with Andrew Simpson Jr., who operates the truck with his father (and namesake).
"We've been doing the barbecue thing for a while," Simpson says. "We vend for the Cardinals' home games [outside Busch Stadium]."
"We've had the truck two months now," he adds. "It's a barbecue truck ribs, rib tips, brisket, chicken wings, pork steaks and big turkey legs."
Simpson says he's about to set up the truck's Twitter account. In the meantime, he posts the truck's daily location early each morning on the Andrew's Bayou Ribs Facebook page.
