After drawing crowds to his one-day-only "restaurants" serving fried chicken and then gumbo, acclaimed local chef Josh Galliano (most recently of the shuttered Monarch) is popping up yet again, this time at 4 Hands Brewing Company (1220 South Eighth Street; 314-436-1559).
To coincide with the release of its new Foundation Ale, 4 Hands (Riverfront Times' "Best Craft Brewery" for 2012, don't you know) is hosting a pop-up dinner this evening featuring sausages from Galliano.
The dinner begins at 5 p.m., and each of the five sausages available costs $8. View the complete menu after the jump.
