Friday (June 15):

Third Friday Party @ Third Degree Glass Factory Sip mojitos, eat south-of-the-border themed small plates such as loaded nachos with green chili chicken, meet Aladdin and Jasmine from the Muny's Production of Aladdin, enjoy live entertainment and glass blowing, and more. Admission is free. 6 to 10 p.m.

Around the World Wine Dinner @ Missouri Botanical Garden The theme for this month's wine diner is Chinatown: San-Francisco-Accented Chinese Cuisine and Napa Valley Wines. Enjoy plates such as thrice-cooked chicken simmered in beer with fennel, potato and Szechwan peppercorns; kung pao chinese sausage; and ginger panna cotta. Consider staying for the coinciding Lantern Festival. Dinner cost $58 per person for adults 21 and up. 6:30 p.m.

A Zoo Ado @ St. Louis Zoo Celebrate the zoo's Carribean flamingo with this special summer party featuring dishes such as shrimp salad, cilantro lime rice, sweet potato cakes with fruit chutney and fried snapper with peppers and onions. Check out the full menu at the A Zoo Ado Web site. Live entertainment by FatPocket, Dr. Zhivegas and more. Admission is $75 and can be purchased at the door the night of the event. 7 p.m to midnight.

Mad Mad Mad Dad Event @ The Fountain On Locust Show up in '60s garb to score a free Mad Men-themed cocktail to enjoy over '60s music, hors d'ouerves and a chance to score a free copy of The Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad Sixties Cookbook. 8 p.m. to midnight.

Saturday (June 16):

Food Trucks at the Factory @ Koken Art Factory Eight food trucks including Guerrilla Street Food, Chop Shop and Shell's Coastal Cuisine hit the curb for a day full of food, live music and family fun during this monthly third Saturday event for the summer. Head to the Koken Art Factory Web site for the full list of vendors and dates. Admission is $5 for adults and is free for children. 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. to midnight.

STLVegGirl: Vegan Basics @ Whole Foods Market-Galleria STLVegGirl Caryn Dugan demonstrates the basics of plant-based diets with quick and easy dishes such as Mediterranean polenta with ribboned greens and dark chocolate avocado mousse. The class costs $25; register online via the Whole Foods Web site. 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

TMNT Pizza Party @ Tivoli Theatre Star Clipper hosts a lobby pizza party prior to a midnight screening of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Down some Domino's pizza and win prizes by answering some TMNT trivia. Free with movie admission. 11:30 p.m.

Sunday (June 17):

Father's Day Brunch @ Oceano Bistro Dine on prime rib, BBQ pork ribs, Alaskan king crab legs, ahi tuna, eggs benedict and much more. $45 for adults, $12 for kids. Call 314-721-9400 for reservations. 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Father's Day Brunch @ Forest Park-Probstein Golf Course Treat the father figure in your life to a hearty brunch including a champions hot table, a chef's table, a champions cold display, and a chef's dessert table. The price per person is $23.95 for adults, $12.95 for children ages 7 to 12 and free for kids 6 and under. Call 314-367-1337 for reservations. 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

St. Louis Brewer's Heritage Festival @ Ballpark Village Quench beer lust with more than 75 lagers, ales, specialty beers, hybrid styles and home-brews from more than 15 local breweries. Tickets for each day cost $30. Friday, June 15 from 5 to 9 p.m., Saturday, June 16 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
