March 2012 Openings & Closings

March followed the trend of the past year or so, with openings (including new food trucks) far outpacing closings.

That said, it's difficult not to focus on one particular closure as the month's big news: Monarch, which ended its nine-year run.

(Still no word on what will happen to its Maplewood space. Check out our suggestions.)

The complete list of openings, closings and relocations is after the jump. As always, let us know in the comments what we missed.
