A food truck favorite hasn't been cruising St. Louis' streets for the past week and a half. Cha Cha Chow (@whereschacha) posted on Twitter last week that their truck is in Miami for some upgrades.
"We are getting our much-anticipated fryer, a repair to our awning, an oven, some changes to help us in the county and other minor changes to help with operations," said Linda Jones, Cha Cha Chow's "Queso Grande". (No, really. That's her title.)
Expect some menu expansions, thanks to the upgraded gadgets, when they return. "The biggest menu change will be French fries. Of course, we will be Cha Cha'ing them up! We will be running some fun summer specials as well," said Jones.
She's still awaiting confirmation on when the upgrades will be complete. We'll let you know when Cha Cha's back on the streets.
