Bistro 1130 in Town and Country aims to bring sexy back.
Bistro 1130, which describes itself as "the sexiest French restaurant in town," opens for dinner at precisely 5:45 p.m. this evening. The restaurant is located at 1130 Town & Country Crossing Drive, the same shopping plaza where Napoli 2 and a Five Guys Burgers and Fries is located. In the kitchen is Marc Felix, best known locally for the now-shuttered Loft District restaurant Red Moon.

Reservations are required, according to the Bistro 1130 website. Call 636-394-1130 to make those reservations or for more information.

Update: (Wednesday, October 27, 2:00 p.m.) Turns out chef Marc Felix was gone before the restaurant officially opened. See this post for details.
