After a lengthy gestation, St. Louis National Pizza Co.
opened its doors last week at 3201 South Grand Boulevard. Owner Brian Williams has lived in Chicago and New York as well as the Gateway City, and his pizzeria offers all three distinct styles of pizza. That's right: Provel, mozz and deep-dish pies all under the same roof.
You can build your own pizza from a selection of standard toppings, choose a specialty pizza ("The Big Baller," for example, brings buffalo chicken, bacon and blue cheese) or order New York-style pizza by the slice. Call 314-772-2285 for more info.
