Icelandic chef Hakon Orvarsson has flown in just to man the kitchen. In addition to Schlafly hefeweizen beer-battered fish with chips, this is a chance to sample some traditional Icelandic fare, including plokkfiskur. The cod and mashed potatoes concoction is finished with béchamel sauce and a covering of cheese.
And since you'll need to wash all that down, Schlafly's cask-conditioned ales will be on hand, including the English IPA and the American pale ale, alongside casks brought in from New York's Defiant Brewing Company and Sixpoint brewery.
Nothing fishy about that!
