McCormick & Schmick's menu changes twice daily according to each day's fresh seafood deliveries, in keeping with McCormick & Schmick's tradition of offering only the freshest seafood available in season. The menu's "Fresh List" showcases an impressive number of seafood varieties fresh each day. Examples of menu items include: Mahi Mahi with Butternut Squash Cannelloni, Lump Crab Meat and Porcini Cream; Cornmeal Crusted Walleye Pike served with a Sweet Potato Hash; a wide array of fresh Oysters; and Alaska King Crab Legs with drawn butter, sourced from Early Dawn -- the 108-foot, 125-pot capacity fishing vessel as seen on the Discovery Channel's popular reality program Deadliest Catch!Rex Hale is the executive chef of the St. Louis location.
