Gerard Craft, Best New Chef, Now Online



The July issue of Food & Wine magazine is now available online. This is the Best New Chefs 2008 issue, which of course includes St. Louis' own Gerard Craft of Niche. You can read Craft's profile here and his recipe for the awesome smoky pork papardelle here.
