Seriously, I feel like the "fourth Thursday in November" rule should be relaxed when the month starts on Thursday. I'm not ready for Turkey Day, damn it!
At any rate, if you want to celebrate Thanksgiving early -- and meat-free, to boot -- Alison Sieloff has details on a Turkey-Free Thanksgiving Feast right here.
Sorry for the reduced number of posts this week. I've been occupied by some reading I'll tell you about next week.
Also next week: To hell with the risks. I'm eating processed lunchmeat if I want to.
Have a great weekend. Eat something good.
