You win this time, Sauce. But next time maybe I'll get the press release first!
Here's the text of the release from the Twist PR firm:
After nearly three years as one of the Washington Avenue corridor's most unique restaurants, Red Moon has decided to close its doors, effective today. The developers, Joseph Freed and Associates and Orchard Development Group, are exploring a variety of options for the space, located in the sold out Terra Cotta Lofts building at 15th and St. Charles Streets, and have retained Kent Hirschfelder and Chris Brown of Kaplan Real Estate Company to market the project.
When it opened in November, 2004, Red Moon was a pioneer. The loft district was experiencing a re-birth, and Red Moon's dynamic interior and Asian/French fusion menu made it a popular destination for food-lovers. The owners plan to keep the concept in their portfolio for potential use in another location.
That last sentence is a little interesting, no?
