Sage will open its doors at 1031 Lynch Street (the former Lynch Street Bistro space) on Monday, July 23. The restaurant will be open from 11 a.m.-1 a.m. Mon.-Sat., according to its Web site. Not much more information on the site just yet. I'll let you know what I learn about the menu -- though the fact that Sage identifies itself as an "Urban American Grill" might give you a clue.
Sage's head chef is Jack Mac Murray. You can read more about his background on this page of the Kitchen Conservatory Web site. Also, Jason Clevenger sampled some of Mac Murray's dishes at this year's Taste of Clayton event. Read about it here on Jason' s blog, Fried Brain Sandwich.
