Salvatore Romano is coming to town!
New Orleans native Bryan Batt, who starred as the closeted art director on Mad Men,
will present his one-man show Dear Mr. Williams
on May 10 and 11 at the Curtain Call Lounge (527 N. Grand Boulevard)
as part of the annual Tennessee Williams Festival.
The play is a coming-of-age story about a gay artist, sex and alcohol, and was inspired by Williams' lesser-known stories and love for his adopted hometown. (As opposed to the city where he spent his youth; Williams was decidedly not a fan

Batt, who has starred on Broadway in Cats
and Sunset Boulevard
, has previously performed his play at the New Orleans Tennessee Williams Festival, and in a staged reading in New York.
