King Doh Chinese Restaurant

King Doh Restaurant on Manchester Road in Warson Woods has been serving up familiar and not-so-familiar Chinese cuisine for more than 30 years. The Peking- and Szechuan-style menu features the usual lists of specials, vegetables and protein options, including sweet-and-sour pork, cashew chicken, Mongolian beef and Kung Pao squid. However, King Doh also offers a few rarer finds among the city's many Chinese dining spots, such as their shrimp toasts appetizer, san shan soup, made with shrimp, chicken and scallops, and seasonal options, which include Peking duck, shark fin and an hors d'oeuvre plate with abalone, prawns, ham, beef and jellyfish. Family-style dining is also available at a fixed, per-person price. King Doh offers a full menu of moo shu, fried rice and noodles as well as a smaller lunch menu with items available à la carte or as a full meal.
