When you think of a dance performance, maybe pastel tutus, proper classical music and a lovely evening of quiet applause come to mind. But at ClubMAD, the Modern American Dance Company's newest production, that's all pretty much thrown out the window — well, except the part about the lovely evening. You'll have a great time at the Touhill Performing Arts Center on the University of Missouri-St. Louis campus (1 University Drive at Natural Bridge Road) as you stroll around the theater watching dance from a variety of vantage points — as the company asks, "Who needs a stage?" To further develop the "club" feel, a cash bar provides the drinks.
