Art is everywhere -- just ask the folks in Webster Groves. The suburban enclave hosts the second annual 63119 Fine Art Tour all weekend to highlight the nabe’s creative side and have a little fun in the process. It all begins on Friday, November 2, with the self-explanatory Wine, Dine & Art Preview from 6 to 9 p.m. in the Old Orchard shopping district (from Shrewsbury to East Lockwood avenues on Big Bend Boulevard); tickets cost $20 (call 314-963-0180). Then, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday (November 3 and 4), you need to get touring! Your free, self-guided trip around the zip will take you into more than 30 studios and galleries, enabling you to see how the artists work and maybe even make a purchase.
