TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 1, SUPER-8 MOVIE MADNESS HAS BEEN PUSHED BACK TO NEXT TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 8, BECAUSE OF THE WEATHER. *POSTPONED*

With so many films being released week after week, it can be hard for today's wannabe film connoisseur to keep up — especially when it comes to the classics. How can one speak authoritatively about Black Swan if he has not already seen "The Three Stooges' Studio Stoops"?  That's just one of the many reasons why Super-8 Movie Madness at the Way Out Club (2525 South Jefferson Avenue) is such a good idea. Super-8 film reels were the forerunner of today's home video, allowing fans the opportunity to enjoy their favorite movies at their leisure. Delivered in a heavily edited fifteen-minute running time, only the best stuff would make the cut, so today's viewer can enjoy a CliffsNotes-like iteration of the original film. Super-8: Movie Madness returns this Tuesday, with films such as Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, Alien, Star Wars and Barbarella running from 8 p.m. to midnight. Admission is $3.
